Frequently Asked Questions
“None of us have ever done yoga before – will this workshop be all right for us?”
Yes! No yoga experience or knowledge is necessary - we will guide you through every step of the way! We won’t be doing any acrobatics or headstands
“What will we be doing in the hands-on portion?”
The hands-on portion will involve some massage and gentle assists to each other, no experience necessary we will walk you through each of these portions.
“Is this workshop just for romantic couples?”
No. As long as you have another person with you, you’re set! This can be a friend or family member. Feeling connected to those outside of our romantic relationships is important too.
“Do we need any props?”
Yes! You’ll need some pillows and a blanket or two
“My partner isn’t very flexible – are they at risk of injury?”
We encourage all participants to listen to their bodies and move within a range where they have ease. That being said, the movement we will be doing will be gentle. If you listen to the cues your body is giving you, the risk of injury is very low. This workshop won’t include any acrobatics.
