Do more than just learn the moves and follow along. Learn why you are doing the poses and how to do the best version of the pose to suit your needs and goals. For people who want to feel safe, knowledgeable and see progress in their practice.

 

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a gentle way to prepare the body for birth and recovery. Through breath awareness and movement connect to yourself and your baby while relieving aches and pains that develop from a changing body. Available in group classes, private classes virtual or in person.

Workshops

I love to teach. Workshops are a great place to share my knowledge. Students walk away with a better understanding of their body, the role their mind plays, their yoga practice and those ‘a-ha!’ moments that are seriously life changing.
