And now there’s a fun four-week class your whole family can take together to learn gentle movement and breathing practices that will help everyone in your home learn how to release tension, process difficult emotions, and maintain a calm and positive outlook (no matter whether you’re an adult or a child).

Recognize the signs of overwhelming emotion in yourself and others
Defuse those emotions before they get to the “spillover” point and lead to loss of control

Frequently Asked Questions
“None of us have ever done yoga before – will this workshop be all right for us?”
Absolutely! No experience is necessary and the movements we do are very beginner friendly.
“My six-year-old has a very short attention span – will this work for her?”
We change the pace throughout class to keep things interesting and switching partners too to give the kids a sense of leadership which we find engages them more. If there are tips you’d like us to know about your child that will help them engage more feel free to email us ex. say their name! We also recommend getting outside for some fresh air for a walk before class which helps them focus. These techniques can and should be used outside of class too so if they aren’t into participating that day we can send a recording and you can try again later, although as i’m sure you know, they pick up all kinds of things just by watching and listening too!
“Will it be recorded in case we can’t make the live session?”
Yes, we will record the zoom call and send it to those who missed the session. You will have access for a week.
“My partner isn’t very flexible – is he at risk of injury?”
No. We offer a lot of modifications as alternatives so it fits everyone’s body and we encourage you to only move in a range of motion that does not evoke pain or discomfort.
“Do we need to have our video on, I think it will freak out my kids?”
No. You are welcome to turn your video off although we won’t be able to provide any feedback for you and it will be less engaging…. but if that works for your family then that is ok!
