If you are like a lot of people right now who are noticing tight hips when you stand up from a seated position, low back pain, tense and tight shoulders and neck, then this class is exactly what you are looking for.
This gentle and educational class includes:
Breathing exercises to help calm a racing mind and tight body
Movements at the joints to increase mobility, function and flexibility
Movements of the spine to reduce and relieve back pain
Gentle strengthening exercises to encourage proper muscle balance and harmony
Relaxation/meditation
Education - i’m a firm believer that if you know why you’re doing something your outcome will be better
This class will offer different movements, tips and tools from week to week to help you move better and feel better in your body.
Helpful props include:
Pillows
Blanket/Towel
Chair
Tennis ball/massage ball
Yoga block and strap
*props are not necessary but are helpful
