Yoga Studios can feel intimidating to take that first step through the doors, a private practice is the perfect way to ease you in slowly and I’ll give you all the tips you need to know to help develop a regular practice if that’s your goal.
If you’ve been practicing yoga for awhile but are wondering ‘why can’t I touch my toes yet?!?!’ or ‘am I doing this right?!?!’ then a private class may be just what you need to unlock those ‘a-ha!’ moments in your practice.
This class is offered 1-on-1 where I understand your goals and tailor the practice to what it is you want and make sure you are doing the poses in the most supportive way for your body.
Props and mats are included, just bring your water bottle and comfortable clothes.
